When working with Robin and Steve they wanted to be very versatile in their kitchen. The limited space was a challenge, we specified and designed the kitchen around an Angelo Po combi oven.
This piece will bake,steam, and smoke in the same cavity. In this design every inch of space was utilized in the front and back of the house. The front has a stunning bar to feature all of their craft beer choices.
A high-end restaurant and martini bar had decided to locate in Tallahassee, FL.
They specialized in Steaks, seafood, and martinis. We met with the owners, general manager, and Chef. Our design included a high volume stand up steak broiler, along with a custom serving line. The bar area is round and very attractive.
We supplied everything from hoods and walk-in, to small wares in this beautiful venue.
