We redesigned the dining area and added booths and modern industrial tables and chairs to this historic bakery.
We replaced some pieces of equipment in the kitchen as well.

It houses a school, cafeteria, and kitchen for North FL migrant workers.
A new restaurant located in the historic district of Quincy, Fl This 1800’s building is located on the square. A completely new kitchen. It is open for breakfast and lunch.
Display merchandisers contain local produce which is used in the meals and can be purchased separately.
Mike decided to expand his seafood market, doubling the size. We had custom counters with sneeze guards fabricated to accommodate the seafood and to drain off the ice. Custom scale platforms.
We provided refrigerated cases and glass door merchandisers.
The results were dramatic and corresponded with additional revenue.
A high-end restaurant and martini bar had decided to locate in Tallahassee, FL.
They specialized in Steaks, seafood, and martinis. We met with the owners, general manager, and Chef. Our design included a high volume stand up steak broiler, along with a custom serving line. The bar area is round and very attractive.
We supplied everything from hoods and walk-in, to small wares in this beautiful venue.

We completed the kitchen design and supplied the kitchen as well as the living quarters with equipment and small wares.
For this restaurant project, we did a remodel and replacement of existing equipment as well as adding additional pieces of equipment.
A hurricane flooded the entire restaurant, and we worked to replace all the equipment to get them back in business as soon as possible.
Nick Gordillo, A new chef and culinary instructor was hired at the Federal Prison to begin a new culinary program at the prison. We helped to design the new kitchen and supplied it.
We then helped to remodel the guards cafeteria with new furniture , décor and a few new pieces of cooking equipment.
Alberto Roman who owns several restaurants in the Gainesville, FL area wanted to expand into the Ocala market.
This is our fourth restaurant we have done with this owner.
Our kitchen design has made their restaurant’s function seamlessly and with great efficiency.
After meeting with the Chefs and their architectural firm in New York we were put in charge of the kitchen design. For this new project, we were proud to be a part of this beautiful plantation.
It was fun installing the equipment and seeing this project to its fruition.

Paul and Ryan Cucinella decided to open a second location in Perry, FL. Their first unit is located in Madison, FL.
Their hood was somewhat of a challenge since it was located in a historical building. We were able to install everything in a timely manner to expedite their opening.
With this restaurant project, we did a complete redesign of the cooking line.
The restaurant was adding an additional service.
We designed and completed the install during closed hours so that they didn’t lose any revenue.
Robin and Steve Mcgowan had dreams of opening their own bar and restaurant for years. We worked hand and hand with them on design and specification to help them accomplish all of the ideas which they envisioned.
