Blu Halo had a vision of bringing a premier Steak House and martini bar to the Tallahassee area. We worked with them on every aspect of design and specification.
We decided on the Southbend stand up Steak Broiler. This Broiler is used in some of the most famous steak houses across the country. It created a great flavor profile and presentation for their steaks. The restaurant also features a round bar for their signature martinis along with a nitrogen machine with a blu halo above.VIEW PROJECT
When working with Robin and Steve they wanted to be very versatile in their kitchen. The limited space was a challenge, we specified and designed the kitchen around an Angelo Po combi oven.
This piece will bake,steam, and smoke in the same cavity. In this design every inch of space was utilized in the front and back of the house. The front has a stunning bar to feature all of their craft beer choices.VIEW PROJECT
Big Bend Restaurant Supply periodically has Chef training events held at our facility. Corporate chefs from different manufacturers around the globe come in to demonstrate the latest equipment and technologies available in the industry. They also share recipes developed by the professional chefs for taste and expediency in the cooking process.
Seasoned as well as new Chefs and cooks enjoy the training and food that is produced. New concept restaurants can ask for demonstrations on certain pieces of equipment designed for their specific menu items.
